You also don’t have to worry about confidentiality. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. All you have to do is click a button, and we’re ready to go!

If poor connection or Internet issues arise, we’ll always attempt to complete the session via phone. It’s important to honor your weekly dedication to therapy, so I’ll make a 100% effort to address any challenges.

But is it just as effective?

Research has proven that it is. Depending on your specific needs, it might even be more effective than traditional in-office therapy.
